The room was very clean, the stay was comfortable, I enjoyed the stay here, one complaint is that the breakfast should have been a little different. A similar type of breakfast is served daily, people from the rest of the country have also come, it is not necessary that everyone likes English breakfast daily.

Exactly what you've come to expect from a Premier Inn. Service was friendly, room was clean. A sense of dread overcame me when I first arrived as its situated next to what looks like a night club but quickly disappeared as it was closed down (Jan 2024). Area is quiet, on popular bus routes to Chelsea/Victoria area.

Such a great experience! I’ve been looking for an accessible place for my grandmother and this one is perfect! Staff are friendly and so helpful. There’s a lift in the hotel, which is so important when traveling with a senior (or with heavy luggage) The bus stop is 1 min walk and takes you to central London. The bus runs every a couple of minutes and is so convenient! I’m so happy with my choice and will definitely come back again!

The location of the hotel is very suitable for us, and it is the main reason why I chose this hotel. Every time I visit London, we always choose to stay here. Parking is very convenient near the hotel, and it is not far from the underground station. Whether driving or taking public transportation, it is very convenient. Moreover, it is not too far from the city center of London, making it easy to plan our outings. Premier Inn is our preferred hotel for local trips in the UK. This hotel is part of a group operation, offering affordable prices and consistent quality. With multiple branches, there is always one nearby, providing plenty of choices. I like how clean and tidy this hotel is. The family rooms provide separate beds for children, ensuring that all family members can have a comfortable sleep. The hotel's all you can eat buffet breakfast is also quite good, with a variety of options and tasty food. The "Kids eat free" policy is great news for parents.

It's fine. The room felt a bit tired and worn. Marks on the wall etc. No front of house staff makes the check in process feel very clinical. Call me old fashioned but I do expect a hello when I come to stay somewhere. There is a nightclub nearby, at least it sounded like there was. Not too noisy but if you're a light sleeper it might be an issue.

The rooms are clean, well cared for and well equipped- I had a premier plus room. It was on the third floor with lots of natural light and had great amenities in the room. The shower was wonderfully hot and powerful. The staff were very attentive and quick and easy to check me in. The hotel feels very safe and it is easy to get to on many of the buses. I have stayed here a few times now and always had a good experience. It is also very well priced being outside central London. I didn’t eat in the hotel. I would happily recommend this hotel.
